CALL FOR PROPERTY APPRAISERS

The Development Finance Corporation (DFC) invites experienced and certified Property Appraisers to participate in our initiative to facilitate funding for various projects. As a key player in development finance, DFC seeks dedicated professionals to conduct valuations for our clients seeking financing across the country.

Responsibilities

Detailed Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive property assessment to determine its market value.

Site Visits: Undertake site visits to observe and document property features, ensuring a thorough understanding of the subject property.

Comparative Analysis: Compare the property against similar assets in the market to establish its relative value.

Documentation: Provide a detailed report, including all relevant factors influencing the property’s value.

Pre-approved List: Successful Property Appraisers will be included on DFC’s pre-approved list, making their services accessible to clients seeking valuations for potential projects across the country.

Requirements:

Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in property appraisal, with a proven track record of conducting thorough and accurate valuations.

Qualifications: Relevant qualifications and certifications in property valuation or a related field.

Professionalism: Adherence to high standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.

Availability: Willingness and availability to undertake assignments promptly and efficiently.
