    THE JOB

    The DFC is desirous of engaging the services of six (6) Collection Agents (one in each of the 6 Districts), to assist the DFC with:

    • Loan Collection Services on assigned accounts
    • Locating clients with unknown addresses in assigned District
    • Drafting claims and serving summons and representing the DFC at court level
    • Following up the payments made at the Court

    CONTRACT TERM

    The Agent will be employed on a contractual basis for a period of 12 months.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    1. Associates degree, paralegal studies, or 5 years’ experience in the Collection process at the court level.
    2. Self-motivated and driven to boost collections;
    3. Excellent communication skills
    4. Be in possession of a vehicle or have access to a vehicle
    5. Maintain a high level of confidentiality of customers financial data and information;
    6. Provide a period report (monthly) to the Loans Recovery Officer

    Compensation

    The Collection Agent will be paid a flat fee of eight (8) percent commission based on the successful collection as follows: –

    • Loan Collection Services on assigned accounts
    • Locating clients with unknown addresses in assigned District
    • Serving summons and representing the DFC at court
    • Following up on the payments made at the Court
