  • Home Only – Indicative cost stated is for the construction of the home only. You would need to have your own property (land) to build on.
  • Borrower contribution – All borrowers would need to meet 10% of the total cost. DFC provides up to 90% of the financing needed. If you have property, your property would go towards your 10% contribution.
  • Eligibility Amount – The amount you would qualify to borrow is dependent on your level of income, if you are co-borrowing with another person, and the total debts you own at this time.  Contact us for us to calculate how much you would be eligible to borrow.

    Note: Price stated above is for the purchase of CBA Building Plans only. Price stated is NOT a monthly DFC Home Mortgage loan-repayment charged for the home model type. Interested persons would need to meet DFC’s Home Mortgage eligibility requirements to apply for a Home Loan. The amount you would qualify to borrow is determined by your level of gross annual income and debts owing at the time. See ‘Home Loans’ to learn how you can calculate the amount you would qualify to borrow.

    Process

    Contact the DFC to get your Home Loan! A Home loan application and a Reference Letter from the DFC is required to access these plans.

    NOTE: Plans and construction based upon the plans cannot be modified. If  there is any modification, new custom plans would need to be done at owner’s expense. If construction is altered from these set plans, construction can be ordered to stop until new plans are done.
