The Development Finance Corporation (DFC) is closely following the flooding situation currently taking place in Belize. We hereby inform our customers to contact the DFC, as soon as possible if:
- Your agricultural property or crop has been damaged or sustained losses and/or;
- Your home structure (building) has sustained damages as a result of these floods.
We request that you kindly take photographs of the damages sustained and e-mail, WhatsApp or deliver such images to your nearest DFC office. Once received, the DFC will be contacting you with further details to work with your agriculture business or, if structural damage was sustained, assist you with your claim under your building insurance coverage.
Rest assured that the Development Finance Corporation will work with you in this time of need. Please take every precaution to protect your life and your family.
