THE POSITION
The DFC is seeking a dynamic Talent Development Specialist to lead organization-wide learning and development initiatives. This role is key to building a culture of continuous improvement, professional growth, and high performance across all departments. The successful candidate will design and deliver impactful training programs, support performance management, and drive succession planning efforts that align with DFC’s mission and strategic goals. The role will also serve as an in-house trainer, facilitating both in-person and virtual sessions to build internal capabilities and ensure knowledge transfer.

Education & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education, or related field
- Certification in “Train-the-Trainer” or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs across diverse teams
Preferred:
- Certificate in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Performance Management
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement training programs that support employee development across all departments.
- Lead onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Serve as an in-house trainer for internal workshops, compliance sessions, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess learning needs and create targeted development plans.
- Support performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.
- Facilitate succession planning and career development strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with internal policies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Analytical thinking with a strategic mindset
- Proficiency in learning management systems and training technologies
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
