THE POSITION

The Records Management Clerk supports the Records Management Officer in the ongoing loan records digitization project. The Clerk also provides basic administrative support and may serve as a substitute Receptionist when required.

DUTY STATION

Headquarters, Belmopan

Education & Experience

  • An Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least one year of experience in records management or administrative support
  • Prior experience with digitization projects is an asset

Key Responsibilities Include:

Digitization Workflow:

  • Organize movement and storage of files used in the digitization workflow
  • Assist with quality control checks on scanned PDFs

Records Management Support:

  • Track the movement of files using the computerized File Management System
  • Maintain neat and orderly filing systems
  • Coordinate file transfers to and from branches, ensuring proper documentation accompanies each transfer

Administrative Duties:

  • Assist with general office tasks as needed, including acting as a substitute receptionist

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with records management principles and digital archiving tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
