The Development Finance Corporation (DFC), Belize’s only development bank, as a part of its renewed mandate to effectively contribute to the sustainable development of Belize’s economy, is enhancing its internal capacity. A key component of this initiative is to ensure that the DFC has in place, personnel with the requisite competence, professionalism and integrity that can effectively execute their duties.
